We want to listen and understand. This is the time to gather all the information possible which will enable us to have a successful relationship.

Draw And Refine

Based on our conversations with you; schematic design concepts are created. The design schematics are then explored in further detail and refined until you are happy. We want to build a home around your lifestyle. There are no rules.

Design, Detailing and Specifications

All design elements are reviewed. Exterior and interior details are specified. This includes: appliances, cabinetry, millwork, flooring, tiles, kitchen counters, plumbing, lighting, hardware, paint, etc. We have design professionals at your disposal that can offer advice and guidance through this process to help you make design decisions that will best showcase your vision. Once all decisions are made, the final set of detailed architectural plans will be used to create a budget.

Build

Throughout the build process we believe communication and transparency is most important. Clients can feel free to get in contact with Luigi anytime… and we seriously mean anytime. Meetings are held throughout construction process. Clients will also have access to an online portal which displays up-to date details and photos regarding all aspects of the job. This is a great tool to have if you cannot visit the job site regularly.

Our subcontractors are an integral part of everything we do, therefore they are chosen carefully and we highly value the relationships we have built over the years. All subcontractors take pride in their work and are skilled within their trades. Many talented professionals come together to build your home; it is very much a team effort and we are here to bring everyone together and make it happen.
